Lumirow accepts eligible return requests within 30 days after you receive your order. A return must be requested before the item is sent back.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition as when it was received.
- It must be unworn, unused, and free from signs of wear.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
After a return request is approved, the item should be shipped back within 7 days.
If the return is sent later than 7 days, it may still be accepted, but the refund may be issued as store credit instead of the original payment method.

Once your request is approved, we will provide the return warehouse address and instructions for how to send your package.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error, such as an incorrect or defective item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help make it right.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund result. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method when eligible.
