We prepare each order carefully before it leaves our warehouse. During holidays, promotions, or other high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer than usual.
Processing Before Shipment
Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.
Our shipping schedule runs Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Once your package is on its way, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Standard Shipping
Lumirow currently offers free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
At this time, we do not offer express or expedited shipping options.

Tracking Updates
Every shipped order includes a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the package is handed to the carrier.
